You can build a private practice that is fully booked, financially healthy, and sustainable.
You decided to go into private practice because you wanted something that was yours. The freedom to set your own schedule, a prosperous business, and the ability to do your best clinical work without burning out. That is absolutely possible. You just need a clear plan and someone who has already done it in your corner.
Graduate school trained you to be a good clinician. It did not train you to market yourself, set fees that actually work, or figure out why the right clients are not finding you. Most therapists carry all of that alone, sorting through advice that was not built for this profession and wondering what they are missing.
The intensive is one focused week where we sit down with your actual practice and figure it out together. Not what therapists in general should do. What you specifically need, right now, to move forward.
How the intensive works
We do a real deep dive into your practice.
You tell me what you are struggling with in your own words. From there, we go deeper together to figure out what is really driving it, because the thing on the surface is often not the whole story. Once we understand what is actually going on, we can problem-solve in a way that makes real sense for your practice.
We build a strategy around what your practice actually needs.
Everything we work on comes out of what we found in step one. Because you are working with me one-on-one, the strategy is built entirely around your practice and your situation. Whatever needs the most attention right now, that is what we focus on.
You leave with a plan you can act on, and support to make sure it sticks.
After your session, I put together your personalized roadmap, and we review it together on a follow-up call. That timing is intentional. You have had a chance to sit with everything, start taking action, and come up with real questions. That follow-up call is where a lot of things click into place.
What we might work on
Every intensive is different. These are the areas therapists most often bring to the week:
Fees: setting rates that reflect your experience and learning to hold them with confidence
Messaging and niche: getting specific about who you help so the right people find you
Psychology Today profile: rewriting it so it speaks to your ideal client rather than describing your credentials
Visibility and marketing: a sustainable plan that fits your practice and your ethics
Business foundation: structure, EHR, systems, intake workflows, and policies for therapists just launching
Burnout and sustainability: what is draining you and how to restructure your practice around your life
Money mindset and entrepreneurial identity: the beliefs about money and self-promotion that shape every business decision you make

“Every detail was thoughtfully executed. We're thrilled with the outcome.”
A bit about how I work
I have been where you are. When I started building my private practice, I was making decisions based on what I thought I should do rather than what I actually wanted. I took on clients I thought I should work with rather than the ones I was passionate about. I set my fees based on feeling rather than fact, accepted insurance reimbursement rates that were never going to be profitable, and built my schedule around what felt expected rather than what worked for my life. I was setting myself up for burnout before I even got started.
When I stopped building around what I thought I should do and started building around what I actually wanted, everything changed. I got clear on my ideal client, and my messaging started working. I set fees based on real numbers and stopped accepting rates that were not sustainable. I set boundaries around my schedule that I actually hold to. I have built a thriving six-figure practice without burning out.
That is what I want for you. I study the business side of private practice, so you do not have to figure it out alone. I keep up with what is changing in this industry, and I bring all of that into the work we do together. But what I cannot do in a course or a webinar is go deep into your specific practice and figure out what is actually missing. That is why I love the one-on-one work. The plan we build together is designed for you, your practice, and the therapist you want to be.

Every month without a clear direction has a cost.
Most therapists who are struggling to build their practice are not lacking in skill or commitment. They are missing the business education that nobody gave them, and they are trying to piece it together from sources that do not understand what it means to run a therapy practice. They do not account for the ethics of marketing mental health services, or the way our training shapes how we think about money and self-promotion, or the very specific challenge of charging what you are worth in a profession that has complicated feelings about that.
Every month you spend without a clear direction is a month of undercharging, inconsistent referrals, and a practice that takes more from you than it gives back. You went into private practice because you wanted to build something that was yours, with clients you were excited to see and income that was sustainable. That is still possible. You just need a clear plan and someone who has already built it walking alongside you while you build yours.
Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from ongoing coaching?
The Prosperous Practice Coaching Program is a three- or six-month engagement in which we build your practice across every area over time. The intensive is one focused week. It suits therapists who want to work through a specific challenge, get a clear plan, and move forward from there. Some therapists do the intensive first and then move into coaching. Others do the intensive and have exactly what they need. The free consultation is a good place to figure out which one makes sense for where you are.
Do I need to know what I want to focus on before I book?
No. That is part of what the consultation is for. You just need to show up and tell me what is going on in your practice. We will figure out the focus together.
What is in the personalized roadmap?
It is a written action plan built specifically for you after your intensive session. Your priorities and next steps, written for your practice and situation. On your follow-up call, we will go through it together so you can ask questions and leave the week knowing exactly where to put your energy.
Who is this intensive for?
Therapists at any stage of private practice. If you are launching and want to build it right from the beginning, this is for you. If you have been in practice for a while and something is not working, whether that is fees, client flow, messaging, systems, or your energy, this is for you too.
How do I know you can help with my specific situation?
That is exactly what the free consultation is for. We talk through where your practice is and what you are dealing with, and if I do not think I can help you, I will say so. I have worked with therapists at every stage, launching, established, burned out, inconsistent, undercharging, and invisible online. The situations vary, but the underlying pieces are usually the same. We figure out together which ones need attention and build from there.
What if I want to continue working together after the intensive?
If you decide to move into the Prosperous Practice Coaching Program within one week of your intensive, your full $750 investment is credited toward your coaching. You do not pay twice. The intensive becomes the start of your mentorship, and we pick up right where we left off.
