When I started my private practice 13 years ago, I had a kindergartener and infant at home and a strong desire for freedom. I didn’t want to choose between being present for my family and doing work that made a difference. So I built a business that allowed me to do both—and now I teach other therapists how to do the same.
Now, I am the founder of Ravel Mental Health, author of The Prosperous Therapist: A Therapists Guide to Launching and Growing a Thriving Practice and business coach for therapists starting their own practice.
